New Pioneers' Handbook - must-have NPCs

What are some of the NPCs that a new pioneering family should try to possess (don't sell) if they are to complete all the scenario quests in Granado Espada? Not as many as you may suspect, just 7. They are,

Bernelli, Emilia, Catherine, Gavin, Ania, Catherine Torsche, Raven

Of course, apart from scenario quests, there are also other optional quests that will require you to have other npcs or at least clear their recruitment quests. These npcs include,

M'Boma (for recruitment of Natalie and Daria, Beatrice which will allow recruitment of Sharon)
Jean (for recruitment of Reckless Emilia)
Coimbra Trooper (for recruitment of Lisa)
Claude (for recruitment of Claire)
Tiburon (for recruitment of Lorch)
Andre (for recruitment of Karjalainen and Vincent)
Catherine Torsche (for recruitment of Mary)
Rescue Knight (for recruitment of Romina which will allow recruitment of Grandice)
Lionel (for recruitment of Ludin)
Gavin (for recruitment of Raven which will allow recruitment of Heyran)

Extended Friendship quests also exists for some npcs so if you wish to investigate their stories, you will require them, these include; M'Boma, Adelina, Alejandro, Angie, Karjalainen, Lisa, Soldier, Trooper, Auch Infantry, Bernelli, Brunie, Najib, Romina, Selva, Soho, Reckless Emilia, Jack, Raven, Cruise, Natalie.
