New Pioneers' Handbook - Firebase

If you are going to be part of a firebase team, you will need to bring the right equipment to do your role well. Here are some suggestions for you,

i) Use atk/racial weapons if you have but make sure that your overall AR(after buffs) is not less than 3 points below the target's DR (swap to atk/3AR if necessary to raise your AR)

ii) Use great obsidians if your target has low def and great spudomenes if your target has high def (>150), having 2 set of weapon costumes (one on coral and the other on onyx) will give you flexibility to swap as needed.

iii) Ensure someone in the firebase team is bringing along some tasty food

iv) Bring hrin pots, triumph pots, principal pots (useful if you are expecting to die frequently as the potion buffs will remain even after you are resuscitated so that you need not buff again), racial ampules, pink/rainbow lollipops (if you need it to max speed), sedatives (if you need it to max accuracy), a ton of soul crystals.

v) Check if you are allowed to use skills (skilling can take the aggro away from the tank for some bosses and divert their attention to ... urself..)

vi) Wear artifacts
vii) Wear medals (some have useful opts)
viii) Wear wings (of the right kind...)

ix) Find out the target's stats and test your configurations for the best damage on those strawmans at thueringen lakeside. Test and test and test...

x) Team buff characters are only useful if the firebase has a lot of people. Don't bring someone that others are already using.
