Secrets - Veil

Even with the upgraded Flintlock , Veil still out shoots Bernelli, Sniper Bernelli . He even beats Lionel with Punisher, well that is if you know how to use his secret technique.

Veil's Secret Technique - Edge, his personal skill will boosts his damage to give him the edge he needs to beat punisher, but, this boost is only effective when he is shooting a target at maximum range! Close up, his damage output is only comparable to that of the upgraded flintlock and punisher.

Well, of course he does have a little help... a tiny artifact, Sniper's Ring, will boost his critical rate to 50 ^^
