There are now multiple ways to get your ELN,
i) King Henry, Castilla (very decent chance just that somehow not many pioneers seem to be going for it)
ii) Novia, Ice Wizard Tower (goodness.. if only this is an instant raid too)
iii) Einwind, Gate of Lightning (yep, this definitely needs to be an instant raid as well)
iv) Joaquin Prison Raid ('supposed' to have a decent chance at it..)
v) Victor, Torsche Basement Raid Treasure Chest (saw a glimpse of it in the roulette before..)
vi) Shaman, Daemonic Occulta Bounty Hunt (well not out in this version yet ~.~)
vii) Arsene, Warehouse Raid (rare appearance.. in the roulette..)
viii) and some other impossible raids...
